Terms of Service
Last updated October 28, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Axion website (wereaxion.com) and the Axion platform (app.wereaxion.com). By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Our services
The website describes the services Axion offers. Any work we do for you, including its scope, price and timing, is set out in a separate written proposal, quote or agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement applies.
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, we do not guarantee specific results such as leads, sales or rankings.
Platform accounts
Accounts on the Axion platform are provided to our staff and clients. Keep your sign-in details private, use the platform only for its intended business purpose, and tell us promptly at owner@wereaxion.com if you think your account has been misused. Do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the platform, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access that puts the platform or other users at risk.
Clients remain responsible for the information they add to the platform and for having the right to share it with us for the service requested.
Content and ownership
The website and platform, including their design and text, belong to Axion. You may view and share pages for normal, personal or business reference. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the client’s agreement.
Third-party services
The website and platform may link to or rely on services provided by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and platform are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Axion disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top of this page. Questions: owner@wereaxion.com.
